Kick-Off-Session

The Kick-Off Session is a great opportunity and a valuable first step to start your individual goalie coaching with MIZE.

 You will learn about "The Perfect Goalie Philosophy" and understand the "goalie position" in all aspects. The "HOW and WHY" of the key motions will be explained, analyzed and demonstrated in and out of the water. 

This session is the fundament of your quick development to a better Water Polo Goalie and will give you a great and maybe even new perspective of this unique position.

 You will also receive a THE PERFECT GOALIE - NOTEBOOK that summarizes everything that you learned and some more valuable insides from MIZE!

Private & Group Sessions

Group Sessions are being offered on week nights in various locations in the Huntington Beach area. If you prefer to work with MIZE one-on-one, please contact us and we will schedule a Private Session.

Special Events

We offer a variety of Special Events throughout the year such as our annual “International Trip” in the beginning of summer and our week long “Boot Camps” in July/August.

Mentorship Program

This program supports and guides Middle School athletes with their transition into High School and later their preparation to continue their Water Polo and academic career in College. The Mentorship Program focuses on a healthy athletic development with a well-balanced athletic and academic time- management, realistic goal-setting and future planning, and provides expertise and advice for any challenges in HS or Club Water Polo.

College Recruiting

The Seven - Step - College Recruiting Service is the perfect support for HS Goalies that are in the process of investigating their options for College Water Polo. The College Recruiting Service includes a "Highlight Video", realistic goal setting, personality development, active guidance through the communication with Colleges and Coaches and it provides all necessary tools to set goalies up for success.

Remote Goalie Coaching

Remote Goalie Coaching is the perfect solution for Coaches and Teams that want to give their goalies the attention and training they need and deserve during the team's practice.

Based on 8 specific drills the goalies' individual skills and needs will be analyzed and weekly training plans for each goalie provided. A zoom meeting with the coaches and athletes to present and explain “The Perfect Goalie - Philosophy” and to answer any questions can be added and will get your coaching staff and goalies up to speed!

Goalie Clinics

Our “Skill Clinics” run under different themes and focus on different aspects of the Goal Keeper Position. We are offering monthly clinics in Orange County and MIZE is traveling to other states regularly to be able to work with out of state goalies.

Game Video Check

The Game Video Check helps Water Polo Goalies to better understand specific game situations and how to make perfect decisions. It starts with the professional analysis of the provided video material including a written feedback of selected significant scenes. Subsequent to this analysis the results will be discussed in a personal meeting by watching a selection of the scenes.
